Idle rollers for medium and heavy unit handling conveyors in internal, external, normal, dusty and humid environments.

These steel rollers have a tube swaged over at either end, which guarantees a perfect assembly with the ISO M7 precision finished bearing housings.

The life lubricated ball bearings are of radial precision 6202. The MECA sealing system, further improved, is composed by a Polyamide centrifugal labyrinth housed in a zinc-plate that allows the rollers to be employed even in particular severe environments.

The drawn steel shaft is internally threaded for screw fixing or alternatively can have bushes ch=17.

Application temperatures range from –20° C to + 100° C.

The construction features make the rollers strong and suitable for high speeds.
