Double idle rollers for curves



The double rollers can be employed in curves as an alternative to the tapered rollers.

The units handling may result less smooth running and regular; with the same “C” length.

With these rollers it is necessary to increase the radius “R” and the slope in comparison with to the tapered rollers.

It is advisable always to support the rollers in the centre and to specify the thickness if this differs from 4 mm.

These rollers are supplied according to the drawing in the attachment and with the same basic features of rollers series GL and 117.
