Crown sprocket steel driven rollers 1C – 2C



1C – 2C

These rollers are driven by a chain thanks to one or two crown sprockets welded on the tube, thus having a pitch diameter bigger than the roller diameter.

The result is a better transmission ratio reducing the chain pull and the stress of the various components.
Different transmission systems are possible:

with simple tangential chain – version 1C
with chain loops – version 2C
